Instalación ploneboard

No consigo instalar el foro ploneboard.

Os explico lo que he hecho a ver si me decís que hago mal ok?

Las instrucciones para la instalación son estas:

If you are using buildout to manage your instance installing Ploneboard is very simple. You can install it by adding it to the eggs line for your instance:

[instance]

eggs = Products.Ploneboard

If another egg package depends on Products.Ploneboard you do not need to specify anything in the buildout configuration: buildout will detect this automatically.

After updating the configuration you need to run the ''bin/buildout'', which will take care of updating your system.

He hecho lo siguiente:

He abierto el archivo: buildout.cfg  Situado en PLONE

No sé si lo he añadido en el lugar correcto, os dejo donde lo he puesto dentro de buildout.cfg:

    icalendar

    python-dateutil

    Plone

    Products.Ploneboard “”esta línea es la que he añadido””

Despues de guardar el archivo con esta nueva línea voy a la carpeta : Plone/bin y ejecuto: buildout.exe

Pero sigue sin aparecerme el nuevo componente en Productos adicionales.

¿Qué hago mal?
